MILLARVILLE CHRISTMAS MARKET

Join us again November 9, 10, 11, 2012

The Millarville Christmas Market, established in 1988 and one of the premier craft and artisan shows in Alberta, thanks you for your patronage in 2011 and welcomes you back in Mid-November, 2012 for another three days of lights, food, hay rides, pony rides, carolers and many of your favourite, seasonal vendors.

Decorate your home with handmade, unique decorations, wreaths, stockings and ornaments or find one of a kind gifts from our many artists and crafts people, including jewelry, glass, paintings, stained glass, pottery, quilting, knitting, sewing, hats, mitts and scarves. Photographs, calendars and books are available directly from writers and photographers. You will also find beautiful woodworking and woodturning.

Many of our summer food vendors are back with meat, baking and other treats, including pies, cookies, fruitcake, fudge, caramel corn and candy.

Dress in layers to visit both the indoor and outdoor vendors with two new heated indoor areas, the Quonset and a large heated tent. Have lunch, including soups and snacks from the concession area and relax in our heated sitting area.

There will also be free hay rides every afternoon. Kids can have fun at our Santa's Workshop, where they can decorate cookies or make a craft with our local 4-H Saddle Sores Group. Children 3-5 are welcome with an adult and kids 6-12 are welcome for an hour while their parents are off shopping.

(For health and safety regulation reasons, pooches will have to stay in their cars although you might find some homemade dog treats among our vendors for the drive home!!)
