The Millarville Farmers' Market is one of the largest and most successful of the Alberta Approved Farmers' Markets and belongs in a special group sometimes described as a "Make It, Bake It, Grow It Market."
Dogs are not allowed at the Farmers' Market as per health regulations. Please leave your dog at home.
WHAT'S NEW THIS YEAR?
Meat Pies, Custom Clothing, Jewlery, Pate, Quiche, Wood Furniture, Honey Wine, Home & Garden Products.... The list goes on and on! Many artists and craft people are part-time so be sure to come often and check the quonset and the garden for something new.
AMBASSADOR CLASSES
Learning about food, and developing cooking skills are essential to good health and food security. Learn from our instructors, and then share it with your friends. Classes begin at 9:30 am in the Racetrack Hall Kitchen, and are approximately 3 hrs. Meet your class, tootle through the market, learn, cook, eat….take home some lasting food skills. FOOD CLASSES



Learn to make a fruit jam, and chutney from local condiment guru Pam Vipond. Skills learned can be transferred to all kinds of ingredients.Pam won first place at the 2012 Priddis & Millarville Fair with her Rhubarb Chutney, and learned her skills in her grandma’s kitchen.
Learn a series of tips and tricks on mastering your home BBQ experience. Learn skills some wonderful take home skills that will impress all your summer cookout guests. You’ll be your neighborhood’s grill master by the end of class!
After more than 10 years hanging around the Millarville Farmers’ Market, Pam is sharing her knowledge on pickles. Joins her as she walksstudents through the basics of pickling vegetables. From cukes, beets, carrots, and other hearty veggies; this is a great way to enjoy local produce year round!

We take great pride in the quality of our vendors. Most of these vendors are small business people, farmers, ranchers, orchard owners and craftspeople. In truth, people a lot like you. Check back in April where we will show each and every one of our approved vendors, including some who have web sites you can drive through and check them out a little closer.
We know you have to be at least a little bit curious about what a "Whiskey Cake" might be or, for that matter, what might be coming to our Market from the Red Neck Goat Ranch.
