Our Facilities

Facility Rentals at the Millarville Racing & Agricultural Society are important to the success of our organization. You can be sure your rental income will go towards facility improvements and program development. 

Our facilities include

The Millarville Racetrack Hall

for seated receptions and special events – capacity of 200 people.

The Heated Indoor Riding Arena

for members, local clubs, and rentals for equine activities 

The Quonset building

for local club use, community groups, and rentals with a capacity for 100 people.

Campground

(unserviced) used in conjunction with events and rentals

Horseracing track

traditionally used for the annual Millarville Races, for Fair exhibits and Rodeo events

Picnic
Shelter

enclosed or open-air, for small gatherings of 120 standing

Playground

Dear Members, Supporters and Friends,

Our agriculturally-themed playground is much loved by children and adults alike. Many stories have been shared about delighted children and their families enjoying our playground so much that the children don’t want to leave! From the barn play structure to the tractor, farm animals and every other piece of equipment, our playground is a hit. It is a credit to all the volunteers who worked to make it a reality and to everyone who donated funds.

MRAS needs your support as we have additional playground costs to cover. For $200 a brick, you can be part of continuing to build our Playground Legacy. Please consider buying a brick and having your choice of a name or names engraved as your individual or family legacy, or as a gift or memorial for people you care about.

Thank you for your kind consideration of continuing to build our playground legacy one engraved brick at a time.    

The brick memorial wall is now completed and with a $200 donation to the “Name A Brick” campaign, you can purchase a brick.  All donations to this campaign are in support of the playground.  

Donation $200 or more to this campaign qualify for a tax receipt. If you wish a tax receipt, fill out below and send a cheque payable to Foothills County. Send completed forms and cheque to the MRAS office  – office@mras-track.com.  If no tax receipt is required, please e-transfer to accounting@mras-track.com or send a cheque made payable to MRAS.
