Campground opens May 20, 2022

PLEASE NOTE – there are several weekend bookings throughout our camping season that have already been reserved in Campspot, including the May long weekend. If you are trying to book and sites show as not available, this is the reason why.

Hello, 2022 MRAS Campground Guests!

We are looking forward to seeing our past guests and welcoming new guests to our little hidden gem of a campground this season.

What’s New for 2022!

Introducing Matt Foster who will be assisting with the administration of Campspot this season. Welcome, Matt!

We are also pleased to announce there will be a group of hosts helping in the campground this season. They will be located in Island #7 site and will make their way around to introduce themselves and will ensure you have a pleasant stay with us.

Due to inflation and increasing MRAS operating costs, the campground rates for 2022 have increased as follows:

Weekday Rate – $23.50/unit plus GST

Weekend Rate – $28.00/unit plus GST

Long Weekend Rate – $30.00/unit plus GST – Fri, Sat, Sun (new)

Firewood – $9.52/bundle plus GST

Bagged Ice – $4.76/bag plus GST

The Campspot reservation system also has some changes this season. You now have the ability to cancel your reservation online with refunds being credited back to your method of payment. PLEASE NOTE – Our cancellation policy terms are applicable so please make sure you are aware of them (under terms & conditions in Campspot).

MRAS Members are entitled to a 15% discount on all camping reservations. To receive this discount, simply type your membership number into the “promo code” box while creating your reservation online. The discount will automatically be applied to your booking total.
